Haynes Brothers Lumber Company is a family owned and operated business. The original partnership consisted of five brothers – Grady, Haywood, Fayne, and Charles T, and Curtis. In1951, the brothers decided a new building material supplier was needed in the community.
Haynes Brothers Supply Company was organized to meet that need.Then in 1973 – The company became a limited partnership with Grady and Larry (Grady’s son) becoming general partners. The limited partners were Haywood Haynes, Fayne Haynes, Terry Haynes (Grady’s son) and Marlene Haynes Luffman. And in1979 – Terry purchased Haywood’s interest and became a General Partner.
